Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders that are greater than $299.99 USD within the 48 contiguous United States. (Some Restrictions apply, such as larger items, certain products, and vendors/brands) For all orders that are less than $299.99 USD, and above for upgraded speed, we offer shipping options from both USPS and UPS. We also offer shipping options for most international customers!

You can select your shipping preference between USPS and UPS and shipping speed. We reserve the right to change or upgrade your shipping at no additional charge to you. We may select a different shipping service or type on your behalf IF the speed is faster or the service type is more reliable for the type of product you ordered. We will never DOWNGRADE shipping you selected and paid for. Examples where we may select a different shipping service may be: 1: You purchased a bed cover and chose USPS Priority Mail. We would most likely send this type of item UPS Ground or Freight. 2: You ordered a fog light kit and selected USPS Priority Mail. Delivery shows 3 days with USPS priority mail vs 2 days with UPS Ground. 3: You ordered a wire harness or something small and you selected UPS. It shows 3 days to ship to your address with UPS but 2 days USPS Priority Mail. We may switch to the faster service for you.

If for any reason you ABSOLUTLY DO NOT WANT A DIFFERENT SERVICE OR UPGRADE. Add a note on your order at checkout.

*Please note, some LARGE items like Bed covers, Bumpers, etc may not be able to be shipped internationally at all. Because our system calculates based on weight and not size, some items like this may process unintentionally. We do what we can to ensure accuracy, but with some international calculations on certain things, it is impossible to cover every scenario. Though technically part of the USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, which are separated by bodies of water or land mass (other than the USA) are also subject to this with larger items. In this case we may also have a surcharge on smaller items to cover the added freight cost, but large items are still subject to restrictions as noted here. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are too large to ship conventionally internationally that may have processed. If you have questions or are interested in purchasing a larger item outside the 48 mainland states, please contact us first. Then we can do what we can to get a proper quote for you if we have the ability to get the product to you.

Time to ship orders after an order was placed-

We always TRY to ship most items the same or next business day whenever possible. However, there is no GUARANTEE that your order will ship immediately. If you need something immediately or have concerns. Please reach out. We would be happy to help and will do everything we can to accommodate you if possible.

International Shipping-

We ship to many countries and provinces around the globe. You can check rates by going through the checkout process.* (See above for large items)

It is the buyers responsibility to provide an ACCURATE shipping address. If an address is incorrect and isn't delivered, it isn't something we can control.

It is YOUR Responsibilities to check your laws and ordinances for products purchased from our site. We are NOT responsible for packages that are not delivered due to customs interception or denial in your country. We cannot be held responsible if they are seized, intercepted, require additional duties or if you fail to pick up packages that are required due to customs and they are discarded or returned. 

Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or contents in transit internationally. Unfortunately, that is out of our control.

IN-Stock/Out of Stock VS Available/Unavailable

We have a LARGE warehouse. We have a MASSIVE amount of inventory in house.

In addition, we work with hundreds of 3rd party Authorized Distribution facilities that stock parts from a vast number of our manufacturers all over the USA. These warehouses are there strictly to fill the "gaps". We also can ship direct from our manufacturers direct to you.

So if we don't have something on our shelf, we can still most often send it immediately or almost immediately from our other sources. In some cases (statistically rare) all 3 sources do not have an item available to ship right away. In this case, we expedite the process for it to be filled and shipped as soon as possible. Because we source from so many areas. It is impossible to promote everything as In-Stock or Out of Stock. So we represent our products as "Available" or "Unavailable". 

If you can add it to your cart, it should be "Available" (though there are times something may be discontinued and slip through the cracks).

If an item is Available, we will ship it as SOON as possible. While we try to do it within a day or two. There are instances where that may not be possible. So if something can't or doesn't ship right away. We want to be clear. Being able to add it to your cart isn't advertising it is "In Stock". It is "Available".  Just reach out if you have concerns or questions about availability or time frame for an item to ship.

NOTE: Larger items such as Exhaust Systems, Superchargers, Bumpers, Cold Air Kits, Etc often ship from various warehouses across the country or in some cases direct from the manufacturer. They also may ship truck freight. Therefore these items may ship anywhere from a couple days to 2 or 3 weeks after the order is placed. If this is a concern, reach out before placing an order.
